Free Shipping in the Domestic USA
We’ll automatically apply the free shipping at checkout for all USA orders. International orders have a $15.00 shipping and handling rate applied. 

 

Shipping Within 5-7 Business Days
Once your order is purchased, you will be sent an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. Once the order is processed, your order will be shipped within 5-7 Business Days. Once shipped, you will be able to track the status of your order delivery with the carrier. Shipping Availability
Shipping is available in the US and Canada only. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however, additional time required for delivery. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size. P.O. box delivery is available.

 

Tracking Your Order 

Upon order confirmation, you will receive an order/shipping number. You can track your shipping with the carrier using this order number. Please allow time for processing, shipping and delivery. Additional business days may be required for delivery depending on carrier and during peak selling period.

 

Undelivered Shipments

In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been shipped but you have not received your items, please contact us and USPS. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, you can open a case with the USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for USPS to investigate and arrive at a resolution.
